The HSE has identified and listed its immediate requirement for car park barrier systems which have been outlined in Appendix 1 – Pricing and Specification Compliance Schedule of this document. Tenderers should note that this list is not exhaustive and that HSE reserves the right to add other similar systems to the contract list over the period of the contract by agreement with the successful Contractor. The specialist contractor supplier is to provide all materials and labour for the supply, installation and commissioning of the system equipment specified hereafter. The Contractor shall cover the supply, delivery, erection, testing, commissioning and demonstration of the equipment as outlined in the Specification, drawings & Schedule. The Contractor shall be required carry out the following works; i) Removal of existing 3 No public car barrier system including 2 No. pay stations as set out in spec ii) Supply, install & commissioning Car Park system including all equipment associated with your system and to include 4 No. – Inox Steel rapid operation automatic barriers including 2 No. internal pay stations plus 1 No. External pay station as set out in spec. iii) Testing, commissioning and placing into service new public car park barrier system as set out in spec. iv) Associated Civil, Electrical, Groundwork and other works associated with the installation of system. v) Signage throughout the car parks
