Contract for Outsourced Financial Services

Dear Candidate,

The Health & Safety Authority invites expressions of interest for the provision of an outsourced financial service.  This is the first time the Authority has outsourced this service and therefore it is critical that the transition is as efficient as possible.  Given the potential risks involved and the diversity of the potential market solutions which may be available to meet the Authority's requirements, the Authority has selected the competitive dialogue procedure as the optimum procedure to deliver an effective solution.
