DLRCC wishes to appoint a Service Provider to operate a foyer type cafe/bar in the new Central Library & Cultural Centre in Dun Laoghaire on a commercial concession basis. As the right to operate the cafe/bar is offered as a service concession, this tender is not subject to Directive 2004/18/EC or the implementing regulations in Ireland (S.I. No. 329 0f 2006) (together the "Procurement Rules")
The tender process will be awarded in accordance with the rules set out here and will not be awarded under the open,restricted,competitive dialogue or negotiated procedure pursuant to the Procurement Rules.The process will involve an advertisement on www.e-tenders.gov.ie for any interested parties to offer a proposal in response to this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers should submit their proposal by completing the attached Invitation to Tender document.
