Supply of Coillte Telecoms Tower Inspection & Maintenance Services 2014

Coillte Telecoms owns and operates more that 100 tower structures and associated compounds in Ireland. The structures are predominantly lattice towers with some stayed lattice structures and monopoles. Coillte is seeking a contractor to deliver the following services on these towers and compounds: •Annual tower inspection and reporting, to include o Compound husbandry o Tower climbdown o Bolt torquing o Certification of fall arrest and safe-to-climb o H&S assessment o As-built drawing check • Maintenance Services, to include o Damage, theft and vandalism repair It is intended that the service contract is awarded for a period of one year with an option on Coillte’s part to renew for a further two years subsequently. Coillte now seek expressions of interest from suitable candidates for the provision of the above services.
