Ref: 13.028 - Maintenance Mangement Service (1)
This tender is for the provision of a maintenance management service to the Office of Public Works and its customers: Government Departments, some State Agencies and An Garda Síochána. The Office of Public Works is a Central Governement Service in Ireland which includes the management of a property portfolio. The service contract is largely the provision of a Helpdesk and Technical support services for both planned and reactive maintenance of building services. The Helpdesk also provides limited helpdesk services in the area of building fabric maintenance.
The following is a summary of the service:
· Provision of Helpdesk service, approximately 20,000 calls per annum;
· Management of Planned Maintenance for specialist mechanical and electrical services, approximately 5,500 maintenance contracts;
· Management of reactive call-outs;
· Management of customer requested minor works;
· Processing of payments, 30,000 invoices per annum.
Tenders are invited from sutiable service providers.
