You are hereby invited to express an interest by download and completing the qualification questionnaire available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie for consideration for tender for a multi-party framework agreement (four firms) for Business Case Development Services for the VITAL Project.  

VITAL will establish, develop and implement a cross-border network for the stimulation, development and commercialisation of strategies for indigenous SME creation and development to include: sourcing knowledge based business ideas, partnering with experienced entrepreneur/SME for fast tracking business proposition to market.

VITAL is a €2.5 Million programme focused on new venture creation through the matching of validated knowledge based ideas and technologies with experienced/seasoned entrepreneurs / SMEs and fast tracking the route to market.

Funded by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA programme and the relevant departments of Ireland and Northern Ireland, VITAL is a cross-border (Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan & Sligo in Ireland) collaboration. It is led by Dundalk Institute of Technology in partnership with Queens University Belfast and Dublin City University.
