Engineering consultancy services for the N28 upgrade scheme. The N28 connects the Cork South Ring Road (N40) to the Port of Cork at Ringaskiddy, the exsiting N28 is approximately 12km in length. Services required include: Review of 2009 draft EIS for the N28 Upgrade Scheme Preparation and publication of an EIS, production and publication of a CPO for the scheme and progressing the scheme through the statutory planning process.
