Tender for the provision of Dental Laboratory Services/Prostheses
The Dublin Dental Hospital Board invites tenders for the manufacture and supply of dental prosthesis as required on a draw down basis to support in house dental production laboratory activity. An indicative listing of the type of appliances is provided in Appendix Two. For details of estimated quantities, evaluation criteria and general information regarding this request for tender please see that attached documentation.
Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr Denis Murphy, Regulatory, Compliance & Quality Manager, Dublin Dental Hospital, clearly marked ’13.03 –Dental Laboratory Services’. One hard copy and one electronic copy is required.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is 12 noon 1st October 2013. Tenders received after 12.00 noon on this date will be returned to the supplier and not included in the tender evaluation process.
Nothing in this Request for Tender will be construed to create any binding contract (express or implied) between the Dublin Dental University Hospital and any Tenderer until a written contract is entered into with the successful Tenderer(s) (if any). Should contract(s) be awarded they will be governed by the DDUH General Conditions of Contract (May 2013 edition) copy attached.
