The Iveagh Trust seeks a complete design team proposal for the proposed Redevelopment of Canon Troy Court, Chapeliziod Hill Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 into circa 70 units plus support facilities, comprising of extension of existing blocks and construction of one new block. Complete to DoECLG standards. The proposer is to include for all necessary work for the successful execution of the design and supervision of construction of this building. The tenderer is to ensure compliance at all time with all statutory requirements commensurate with the construction of buildings in Ireland. All certifications including Building Energy Ratings are to be provided by the tenderer.
