This invitation relates to the development of two projects for IDA Ireland, designed to provide high quality production and office accommodation which will accommodate future manufacturing/ technological businesses. A general description of the proposal is provided in the notice and accompanying documentation.
Interested Contractors are invided to submit proposals for pre-qualification and shortlisting by the deadline for proposals given in the notice.
It is intended that the projects will be tendered individually among the shortlist of contractors drawn from this submission.
The prequalification and short-listing process will take place approximately between the date of this notice and the end of September 2013.
Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Tender Notice and Attached Documentation, not later than
12.00 noon GMT, on Wednesday, 18th September 2013.
One hard copy and one CD copy of all documentation shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked
‘SUBMISSION FOR IDA TECHNOLOGY BUILDINGS, ATHLONE & WATERFORD’
