P1927 - Programme/Portfolio/Project Management Toolset.

DAA are developing its Programme/Portfolio/Project Management capabilities and are seeking to purchase a suitable Portfolio Management capability that will facilitate this. The DAA are pursuing the capability of capturing a range of data at project level through frequent project reporting. This information must be captured, collated and combined with other data from centralised tools so that it can be reproduced in a clear and concise manner at Portfolio Management level. The presented output (reports and dashboards) must be easily assimilated by the various consumers of this information - many of them being decision makers.
