To provide mechanical maintenance and general plumbing services to Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT)

Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) wishes to engage a mechanical/plumbing contractor to provide mechanical maintenance and general plumbing services for all of the Institutes facilities and the mechanical equipment therein. The Institute has approximately 65,000 square metres of floor space on 53 acres over two campuses. The successful applicant will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance, servicing, and efficient, effective operation of all the mechanical equipment on campus, and the provision of general plumbing services for the duration of the contract.
