You are invited to submit an expression of interest complying with the attached Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW 1 and Appendices 3.4a and B, B1 and B2 and D for the above.

The latest date for submission of queries is 27th August 2013 and the latest date for response to queries will be 3rd September 2013.
One hard and one soft copy (CD) of the completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire should be sent to McCullough Mulvin Architects, 16, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 by 5.00 PM Tuesday 10th September, 2013.
