Dear Service Provider,

Please see attached notice and Expression of Interest document.   The required services are Annex II B services and, accordingly, only Articles 23 and 35(4) the Consolidated Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC for the award of public service contracts, as amended, apply to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process.

The first stage of this procurement process is an invitation to Service Providers to express an interest in participating in a tender process for a Home Peritoneal Dialysis Service to include the provision of machines, consumables and other support services for Peritoneal Dialysis.
