Kilkenny County Council invites tenders for the provision of horse seizure services and horse pound facility for the three local authorities Kilkenny County Council, Carlow County Council and Laois County Council. Kilkenny County Council is acting as Contracting Authority (CA) for this tender competition on behalf of Carlow County Council and Laois County Council.
