BE/SU/17/05/2013 - CCTV Systems Supply & Installation

The Procuring Entity proposes awarding a Contract for the provision of CCTV Systems Supply and Installation services over a three year period. The Contract will be comprised of two main elements, as follows: 1. Supply and installation of vehicle CCTV systems to a variety of existing Bus Éireann vehicles (up to 250 vehicles). The installation will be carried out at various Bus Éireann garage locations nationwide. 2. Supply and installation of depot CCTV WLAN systems to provide for communication with the on-board systems. The installation will be carried out at various Bus Éireann garage locations nationwide (up to 25 locations). In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitable qualified interested parties must complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire provided. Following receipt of tenders, Bus Eireann may negotiate as necessary with one or more tenderers and will award the contract to the most economically advantageous offer received. If a request to participate is submitted by a group of suppliers then those suppliers, if awarded the contract, shall assume such legal form by incorporation, partnership or otherwise so as to enable them to contract as a single entity. It will be necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract for the group to state a single addressee responsible for the receipt and processing of the participating orders and resolving any problems relating to the contract. It is the intention of the Procuring Entity to award this contract to one supplier. If this is not feasible, the contract may be awarded to more than one supplier.
