TENDERS FOR COLLEGE MEALS

 

 

 

Tenders are invited from competent Food Caterers for the provision of the following:

 

 

 

Develop a kitchen, prepare and supply breakfast, lunch and snacks, to student canteen and supply milk, sugar, tea and coffee to staff canteen, in Drogheda Institute of Further Education, The Twenties, Drogheda, Co. Louth.

Meals to be provided Monday to Friday for the duration of the academic year, commencing September 2013 with the contract extending for three years.

 

 

 

 Applicants must be registered with the HSE and comply fully with Food and Hygiene Regulations. Successful applicants will be required to submit a current tax clearance certificate, relevant Insurance cover and Garda Vetting disclosures.

 

 

 

Contractors planning to tender should visit the College to inspect the premises and discuss requirements with the School Principal.

 

 

 

All meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) should be of a high quality and promote healthy eating.

 

 

 

Tender forms may be downloaded from www.etenders.gov.ie (catering) website. Completed forms can only be returned via the electronic dropbox provided on the eTenders website by 16:30pm Tuesday 18th June 2013, (you must sign and scan all required documents onto your computer and upload them to the eTenders website).
