Request for Tenders for the Provision of Catering Services at 51 / 52 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2
This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a catering service at 51/52 St. Stephen's Green, on a daily basis, Monday to Friday (ex Bank Holidays) between the hours of 8.30 am and 3.00 pm. Drinks and light snacks should be made available throughout opening hours. Staff break periods generally take place between 10.00 am and 11.30 pm with lunch breaks normally between 12.30 pm and 14.30 pm and a more extensive menu should be available from the Canteen facility during these times. Details of the Requirements and Specifications including a listing of food items to be available at the Canteen are provided in full in Appendices 1 and 2.
