You are invited to submit an expression of interest complying with the enclosed Project Information & Requirements documentation.
Please note that the documents in relation to all five lots are available on the tender notice under lot one Architectural Services.
A full list of Suitability Documents is included in the Project Information and Requirements documentation (section 1.16).
Please Note the date for Suitability returns is 5.00 PM Monday 10th June, 2013.
Submissions should be sent to Mr Ed Fennell, Estates Manager, Health Service Executive, Lacken, Dublin Road, Kilkenny.
Please refer to the Particulars (section 1.7) of the Project Information and Requirements document for further information regarding key dates and requirements for submissions.
We have also included an Applicant’s Checklist which sets what the Applicant submission shall comprise. This is for information purposes only and should not be returned with your submission.
