Tender for Residential Childcare Services

 

The HSE is hereby commencing a procurement process for certain of the above services.  

 

The HSE currently contracts childrens’ residential service from private providers in relation to children with high levels of need in the short or medium term, and this tender process refers to those arrangements.

 

The tender competition is being advertised on the government’s Public Procurement website www.etenders.gov.ie, where all documentation and information on the process is available.

 

This website has an electronic postbox facility, which simplifies the tender submission process, and this facility will be utilised for this tender process. If you wish to lodge a submission, you should familiarise yourself with the electronic submission process in plenty of time. Late submissions will not be accepted, and there is an automatic locking mechanism on this electronic postbox. The HSE cannot open this postbox until after the closing time and date, and submitters are free to lodge their submissions as early as they wish.

 

Depending on your current contractual arrangements, this may affect your organisation’s future provision of services to the HSE.
