The service requirements to be provided are those Consulting Engineering Services required by the Contracting Authority in connection with the Enniscorthy Flood Defence Scheme.

The Engineering Consulting Services include the preparation of a full design and the preparation of contract documents for the proposed scheme. The service requirements will also include for design of alterations to certain roads and footpaths and other related ancillary works.

This project forms the main part of a flood protection scheme for Enniscorthy town. The OPW has prepared a detailed report on a flood relief scheme for Enniscorthy.
