Dear Sir / Madam,
Tender for Respite Services for Louth Primary Care Services
The HSE is hereby commencing a procurement process for certain of the above services in the Louth area.
Where the HSE cannot provide these services from within its own resources, it intends to procure respite services for older persons from private providers currently operating within the locality. It is important that the service is provided locally in order to facilitate clients accessing the service, i.e. not having long journeys to travel and family being able to visit.
For the purpose of this tender, respite services are to be provided to elderly clients who are ordinarily resident in Co. Louth (primarily but not exclusive to South Louth) and have capacity to return to home after the respite break. Submissions are being sought from interested parties within a twenty kilometre radius of Drogheda town.
The tender competition is being be advertised on the government’s Public Procurement website www.etenders.gov.ie, where all documentation and information on the process is available.
