Be/SU/16/04/2013 - Supply of Complete Mirrors and Mirror Components

The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a contract for the Supply of Complete Mirrors and Mirror Components for Bus Eireann's Fleet of buses over a 3 year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this contract for a further period/s of up to 24 months. The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to evaluate the suitability of applicants with the necessary resources and capacity to achieve the contract objectives. This will be a negotiated procedure. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to award this contract to one supplier. If this is not feasible the contract may be awarded to more than one supplier.
