The project involves investigating the catchment to identify hydraulic, environmental, structural, planning, policy and operational issues, and updating of the hydraulic model of the catchment. It will include the development of possible solutions for identified deficiencies and comparison of the benefits and costs of these solutions and the writing of a Preliminary Report justifying the preferred solution.
