LUAS Cross City Owner Controlled Insurance Programme
RPA intends to appoint one or more underwriters to provide insurance in respect of the Luas Cross City construction project, adding 5.6km of light rail, 13 stops and a tram depot facility to the existing system. RPA intends to award one or more insurance contracts and envisages that it will require the following classes of insurance as part of these contracts: i) Contractors All Risks; ii) Third Party Liability, iii) Delayed Start-up and iv) Non-Negligence Insurances.
