Catering Audits Tender - Tender for annual on site catering audits in each of the 14 institutions, completion of on site supplier audits and supplying food sample analysis, surface swab tests and water analysis.
The tender competition is divided into 3 lots.. Interested parties may tender for one or more lots. Lot 1 - Prison Kitchen Audits Lot 2 - Food Supplier Audits Lot 3 - Food Sample Analysis, Swab Testing and Water Analysis A contract was awarded on the 4th July 2013 for Lot 1 Catering Audits and Lot 2 Supplier Audits to Noonan Environmental, Hilton House, Swords Business Park, Swords, Co Dublin for a period of 3 years with the option of a 12 month extention. A contract was awarded on the 4th July 2013 for Lot 3 Food Sample Analysis, swab testing and water analysis to Complete Laboratory Solution, Rosmuc, Co Glaway for a period of 3 years with the option of a 12 month extention.
