2013/03/1 - Framework Agreement for General Maintenance and Small Building Works
The National Maternity Hospital, Holles Street, Dublin 2 (The Contracting Authority) invites tender proposals from suitable qualified suppliers for General Maintenance Services. The tender will form a framework agreement for General Maintenance Services, as required at the Hospital consisting of the following:
Small Build, Small Electrical, Structural Work, General Maintenance, Upholstery, Plumbing, Data Cabling, Fabric Repairs, Waste, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Flooring, Mech & Elect, Drains, Pest Control, Fire Extinguisher, CCTV, Grease Traps, Boiler Services, Catering Equipment Supply & Repair, Water Services, Locks & Keys, Painting of External Windows, Fire Doors, Grounds Maintenance Services.
Mini Competitions will be undertaken as requirements arise, only suppliers shortlisted via this process will be considered. Tenderers are required to state what services they wish to be considered for. Tenders to be returned electronically via etenders.gov.ie website only, please upload your response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The Post box closes precisely at the time stated. The onus is on suppliers to ensure documents have uploaded correctly. Faxed or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
