Fingal Co. Co. on behalf of the Dublin Region Water Network invites expressions of interest from parties interested in being considered for this tender process. Please review the qualification questionnaire available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie. Please note the accelerated procedure is being used under the Utilities Directive 2004/17/EC. Candidates please note the closing date is Tuesday 19th March 2013 at 12 noon.
