SE 4862 - TC - Supply of EN 590 Fuel Diesel Oil

To whom it concerns

Iarnrod Eireann - Irish Rail would like to take this opportunity to invite Economic Operators to participate in this process. Following a negiotated procedure Iranrod Eireann will award a contract to Supply Diesel Fuel Oil to Standard EN 590 for a

period of three (3) years with the option of  a further two years on a year by year basis

In relation to this call to competition, neither CIE nor Iarnrod Eireann will be responsible for any costs, charges, expenses or otherwise incurred by economic operators, candidiates or tenderers whether or not a contract is awarded

Contract Award will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities. Any resulting contract will be governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts

The Contracting Authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of the procedures for the bidding process at any time

Iarnrod Eireann also reserves the right not to award a contract following the competition.
