Foras Áiseanna Saothair (the “Contracting Authority”), the Training Authority, is seeking to establish a series of multi- supplier framework (minimum of five participants) agreements for the following professional specialist services. Each Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years. - Strategic Development / Planning & Related Services particularly in relation to the development of a strategy for the FET (Further Education & Training) Sector - Change Management/Business Process re-engineering - Project Development - Project Management - Management Information Systems - Performance Management and measurement in respect of the development of matrices for the measurement of the effectiveness of the FET Sector - Organisational Design
