Dear Sirs,
Co. Louth VEC is tendering for RFT 72122 Design Team Consultants for School Extension to Ardee Community School through a restricted procedure procurement process on eTenders.
Before submitting an Expression of Interest, applicants should refer to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire DoES-QC1-Suitability-Assessment-Declaration-2013 and Consultants Pre-qualification Assessment DoES-QC1-Appendix-B1, and DoES-QC1-Appendix-B2, which are all attached to eTenders advertisement at www.etenders.gov.ie and satisfy themselves that they meet the minimum standards required.
The successful applicants will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for Inclusion on the short-list for the above project the Applicant must;
· complete the pre-qualification questionnaire
· complete and sign the DoES-QC1-Suitability-Assessment-Declaration-2013
· complete the DoES-QC1-Appendix-B1, and B2
· submit the completed documents electronically via the dropbox provided on the eTenders website before the deadline.
No other information should be provided.
The project Category is Type 2b and the estimated total performance period is 48 months.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Tender competition process at any time. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to procure the development by alternative means if it appears that the development can be thereby more advantageously procured. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
The funding agency, the Department of Education & Skills is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. If a candidate considers that any of the information supplied in response to this notice is either commercially sensitive or confidential, this should be highlighted and reasons for its sensitivity given. The relevant material will, in response to a request under the Act, be examined in the light of exemptions provided for in the Act.
This comprises the complete information to be issued to the Tenderers. No additional information will be provided. Co. Louth VEC will NOT facilitate site visits during the Pre-qualification Stage of this competition.
