Detailed description:

Irish Rail are looking to establish a multi-party framework agreement with a number of specialised cable suppliers. The contract will cover both fibre optic and copper signallingh cable. Mini-tenders will be issued to the framework as and when cable requirements present themselves to Irish Rail.
