The City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee (CDVEC) requires supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of LAN speed WAN connectivity between its sites listed in Appendix C and onwards connectivity to Government Networks. City of Dublin VEC has 47 sites around the Dublin City area connected to our Head Office in Ballsbridge with 30Mbps download and 3Mbps upload connecting over the Government Network. We are looking for a turnkey solution that will significantly increase our upload speed, increase our connectivity to our remote sites and allow for future expansion while still giving us good value for money. The Supplier must take responsibility for all aspects of the implementation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of the service save within the nominated demarcation points. The installation and commissioning of the equipment and the provision of any services shall be carried out in such a manner as to facilitate the normal and routine operation of the CDVEC. Any radio solution proposed must be licenced.
