This is a Contract Award Notice: The NDFA has establish a Framework Agreement of contractors in respect of school projects to be procured and delivered on a design & build basis by the NDFA acting on behalf of the Department of Education & Skills (DoES) - (the “NDFA Devolved Schools Build Programme” or “DSBP”. Parties to the Framework Agreement have been chosen by means of a Framework tender competition. The contract(s) awarded under this Framework Agreement will be for the Design & Build for new build, replacement, refurbishment or extension (or a combination of these) to primary and post primary schools required by the Authority over the Framework Period in connection with the NDFA Devolved Schools Build Programme (“DSBP”). It is the Contracting Authority’s intention that Contracts will include multiple sites however each bundle may vary in size ranging from single site to multi-site projects.
