Dear Supplier,
The Dublin Dental University Hospital invite submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of cleaning services (including windows) to its 6,000 Sq M (approx) premises.
Detailed specification and evaluation criteria are included in the attached documents. To assist suppliers in preparing their submissions Contractors will be provided with an opportunity to view the premises by prior arrangement only between 2nd and 11th January 2013.
Tenders should be submitted in HARDCOPY only in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Denis Murphy, Regulatory, Compliance and Quality Manager, Dublin Dental University Hospital, Lincoln Place, Dublin 2 clearly marked ’Tender 12.02 – Cleaning Services’. Templates are provided for supplier submissions.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is Monday 18th February 2013 at 12:00 noon. Tenders received after 12.00 noon on this date will be returned to the supplier and not included in the tender evaluation process.
Queries regarding this tender competition should be posted via the message system for this tender and all queries will be responded to via a broadcast mail following the time allotted for site visits.
