UCDOPP459 - Commuter Facility One
UCD intends to seek Tenders for the design and construction of a commuting facility (CF1) on the Belfield Campus. The facility will incorporate car parking, cycle parking and motor cycle parking along with support, amenity and retail accommodation. Planning permission has been secured for the first phase (Ref D10A/0386). This tender may also include the option to secure a second phase for the expansion of the facility by approximately 400 spaces subject to planning and funding.
