The Society of St Vincent de Paul wishes to appoint an Architect or Engineer led Consultant Design Team for the regeneration and extension of an apartment building at No 21 Bridge Street Waterford. The proposed development will provide 4 No. high quality apartments which shall comply with current standards. The extension to the building will be added at the rear and will facilitate: - an enlarged ground floor apartment - a personnel lift and associated shaft and plant room and - a new entrance arrangement
