Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to your recent expression of interest in the 8294 - Inchicore Grounds Maintenance which was published on E-Tenders and your subsequent submission of completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Iarnród Éireann now invites you to tender for the above referenced service contract in accordance with the following documents:

  • 8294- Conditions of Tendering for Contract for Services
  • 8294- Conditions of Contract for Services
  • 8294-Scope of Works/Specification
  • 8294-Pricing Document
  • IE Insurance Questionnaire
  • Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners
  • IE Drug and Alcohol Policy

 

 

Tender Queries and Clarifications

All queries must be submitted in writing no later than Monday 12th May 2023. 

All queries must be submitted via the eTenders online portal or be addressed to Mr. Mark Gorman mark.gorman@irishrail.ie (mailto:mark.gorman@irishrail.ie)

 

Tender Submission Format

All tender returns should be submitted in the correct format and document types. PDF and/or WORD are requested for all documents excluding the pricing document.

  • Form of Tender – Word/PDF
  • Project Execution Plan (Written Document) – Word/PDF
  • Environmental Sustainability (Written Document) – Word/PDF
  • Pricing Document – EXCEL only

 

It should also be noted that financial information should only be included in the following documents:

  1. Pricing Document/BoQ
  2. Form of Tender.

Financial information should not be included in any other documents.

 

 

Evaluation of Tenders

Tender returns will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria set out in the Conditions of Tendering for Contract for Services.

  • Cost/Tender Price – This will include a total annual price for each year of the contract. Years 1-3 being the initial contract term, and years 4 & 5 being the optional additional contract years.
  • Project Execution Plan (Written Document) – Word/PDF
  • Environmental Sustainability (Written Document) – Word/PDF

 

Tender Returns

Your completed Tender Submission and any supporting documentation should be uploaded to the eTenders portal for RFT  232993 - 8294 - Inchicore Grounds Maintenance before the submission deadline of Friday 19th of May 2023 at 12 Noon.
