Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the Supply of Tuugmaster Cameras tender, I want to advise that you are shortlisted to participate in the Initiation to Tender stage of the tender process. The ITT tender pack is attached in a zip folder in the documents section of e-tenders.
As advised in the pre-qualification document IE initially require a qualified contractor for Supply of Tugmaster Cameras located in Rosslare Europort. Rosslare Europort is looking to install an onboard camera system to each of its tug fleet (tractor unit) vehicles used to load, unload, and store container trailers from ships in the port, a high-risk activity involving interaction between vehicles and banksmen etc. on foot. This type of system would give the tug operators a 360-degree view of their vehicle and its surroundings during the operations cycle and would assist greatly in both health and safety and impact in the behaviour of drivers/staff. This type of real time camera and telematics system will also help the port team in the investigation and processing of costly damage claims
Candidates will only be scored against the advised award criteria in the Conditions of Tendering following the closing date 1200, noon on Tuesday 6th June 2023 for the receipt of tenders.
All tender queries must also be submitted via the e-tenders portal before 1200, noon on Tuesday 2nd June 2023.
