Re: 8182 – Supply of MGO and Kerosene for the lots listed below
- Lot 1 – Connaught
- Lot 2 – Leinster (excluding Rosslare)
- Lot 3 – Rosslare
- Lot 4 – Munster
Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the Supply of MGO and Kerosene, I want to advise that you have been shortlisted to participate in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. The ITT tender pack is attached in a zip folder in the Connaught documents section of e-tenders.
Please note the following important information in relation to the tender process:
Lots
Only submit tender responses to the Lots you have qualified for.
Queries
All tender queries must be submitted via the e-tenders portal before 1200 on 18 April 2023.
Tender Closing Date
The closing date for submission of tender responses via the Tender Box facility on E-Tenders is 1200 noon on 28 April 2023. Please note that tender submissions will not be accepted via any other means.
When uploading your submission, please separate your Form of Tender (found in the Conditions of Tendering) and Cost response from your Qualitative Response to the Further Evaluation Criteria and ensure to upload all documents to e-tenders using the Tender Box facility in good time ahead of the closing date.
Following receipt of tenders, tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the advised award criteria in the Conditions of Tendering.
