SGGN Phase 3 Project Management - Sligo Green Gas Network: Phase 3 - Project Development Management Services

Sligo Leitrim Energy Agency clg requires a competent Engineering Consultancy to provide Project Development Management Services commencing in February 2023 for a 3 month period (exact date to be agreed with successful tenderer).

The key tasks of the Consultant will include:

• Delivery of a draft business plan within 3 months

• Identification and applications to suitable funding channels for various aspects of the project including stakeholder engagement, planning application and capital costs

• Liaise with SGGN Technical Steering Group and nominated members to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones

• Deliver an outline design suitable for submission for planning application

• Agree with local authority the scope of the planning application to be made and establish the budget for same

• Writing an end of action report to a high standard, but in a clear, non-technical manner
