Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to your recent expression of interest in the 7951 - QS for Supply & Delivery of Static/Mobile Welfare Facilities which was published on E-Tenders and your subsequent submission of completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Iarnród Éireann now invites you to tender for the above referenced supply contract in accordance with the following documents:

  • 8205-7951-02 Standard Contract for Supply of Goods
  • 8205-7951-02 Scope of Works
  • 8205-7951-02 Pricing Document
  • IE Insurance Questionnaire
  • Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners
  • IE Drug and Alcohol Policy

 

 

Tender Queries and Clarifications

All queries must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday 25th January 2023. 

All queries must be submitted via the eTenders online portal or be addressed to Mr. Mark Gorman mark.gorman@irishrail.ie (mailto:mark.gorman@irishrail.ie)

 

Tender Submission Format

All tender returns should be submitted in the correct format and document types. PDF and/or WORD are requested for all documents excluding the pricing document.

  • Form of Tender – Word/PDF
  • Methodology documents for compliance & delivery details – Word/PDF
  • Pricing Document – EXCEL only

 

It should also be noted that financial information should only be included in the following documents:

  1. Pricing Document/BoQ
  2. Form of Tender.

Financial information should not be included in any other documents.

 

 

Evaluation of Tenders

Tender returns will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria set out in the Standard Conditions of Tendering for the Supply of Goods

  • Cost/Tender Price 
  • Methodology of Compliance with Specification
  • Delivery/Lead Times – Including Methodology of Delivery details

 

Tender Returns

Your completed Tender Submission and any supporting documentation should be uploaded to the eTenders portal for RFT  230569 - 8205-7951-02 - Rathmore Welfare Facilities before the submission deadline of Monday 30th of January 2023 at 12pm.
