Laois County Council is seeking an Architect led design team to provide the full Architectural & Engineering, Appropriate services; Building Services Engineering, Fire Engineering services, Project Supervisor Design Processor & Quantity Surveying services required to deliver the Design, the Procurement of a Contractor and Contract Management of the project, including full and detailed Architectural and Engineering drawings, and a complete Bill of Quantities. In addition, Building Energy Rating, Disability Access Certificate and Fire regulation compliancy certificates are to be provided for each individual unit upon substantial completion of the project. The design team will be responsible for leading negotiations with insurance claims in relation to fire damage.
