Engineer Led Project Surveying Team Services for the Preparation of detailed Site Resolution Plans & Tender Documentation for Six Unfinished Housing Developments in South Leitrim. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the surveying and assessment of roads, footpaths, street lighting, drainage (both foul and surface water) and watermain services and open space areas in Six Unfinished Housing Developments in South Leitrim and the preparation of a remedial works schemes for the estates (Site Resolution Plans) and associated Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
