The Services comprise of the carrying out of a Feasibility Study that develops, formulates, and presents the overall concept for a fully connected Columban Way route in Ireland, both North and South, providing a coherent plan of 4 key aspects of its implementation throughout the island of Ireland and potential for economic return. These 4 key aspects are as follows. 1. The development of a business case for the entire route in Northern and Southern Ireland 2. Auditing and mapping of all selections of the route 3. Stakeholder and Community Engagement throughout the feasibility study 4. To incorporate pre-planning for Columban Way Bells at key access points along the route
