Community Healthcare East (CHE's) objective is ultimately to establish a safe, appropriate, efficient and equitable transport service for adults with a disability to support their attendance at their adult day service placements in CHE. The initial procurement stage is for external support to undertake a scoping exercise of current need and current ad hoc transport inventory. A detailed review of the current system’s capacity, resources and capabilities will be required. The scoping exercise is to propose the development of an alternative delivery model that would be accessed via a central referrals process that facilitates applications from all service users for transport. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being published to alert the marketplace to this pending HSE requirement. The HSE wishes to invite Expressions of Interest from Suppliers who have the capability and capacity to undertake this scoping exercise. Interested Suppliers are required to respond to this PIN by submitting a completed Appendix 1 – PIN Response Document before 12 noon Friday 16th December 2022.
