TCD-22-C0931 - Next Gen ePPM Solution

A Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based Project and Portfolio Management solution to upgrade the existing PPM platform which leveraged the HEAnet brokered Microsoft (MS) Licensing Campus Agreement and the associated MS Azure Tenancy. Trinity will consider all potential replacement/upgrade solutions which will be evaluated under the Most Economically Advantageous (MEAT) criteria specified below with total cost of ownership based on 50 users over a 3 year term. Tender proposals must detail the licencing structure, hosting platform configuration and all associated costs in respect of the Appendix 1 technical specification. The evaluation process will review all technical criteria, including licencing, and will assess the total cost of ownership based on a 3 year initial term. A single vendor will be appointed to a framework for delivery of system configuration, deployment and ongoing licencing services. Trinity reserves the right to purchase licences through other sectoral agreements where such licencing is available at a more competitive cost.
