Brothers of Charity Services Ire - Contract Travel - Clare Region

Dear Tenderer

The Brothers of Charity Services – Clare Region invite tenders for the provision of contract travel services to individuals supported by the services on two separate and distinct routes in County Clare.

Provision of the services will be a daily requirement for each weekday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) for forty-eight weeks annually.

Each of the routes requires a daily collection in the morning and a return journey each evening. Full details of each route are set out in Appendix 1 of the Request for Tender document and the Pricing Response Sheet attached to eTenders.

The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – Clare Region request that the tenderer note in particular Part 3, of the Request for Tender, in particular section 3.2 Award Criteria and the requirements for this section and in particular the minimum qualifying thresholds.

The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – Clare Region request that the tenderer note in the Pricing Response Document, in particular the requirement to complete the daily price excluding VAT for EACH of the daily routes. Failure to complete any of the daily prices in the pricing schedule will render the response non-compliant.
