Dear Tenderer,

Please find attached to this Invitation to Tender, the tender documentation pack in relation to the above mentioned competition.

Site visits can be accommodated and tenderers are to contact the Contracting Authority via the etender messaging facility to request same.

The tender  price must be indicated in writing on the Form of Tender & Schedule and will be a Fixed Price Lump Sum.

PW CF 6 - Public Works Form of Contract will be employed for this Contract. A copy is included in the tender documentation pack.

Your tender response should include a programme for the works and a completed pricing document noting all items necessary to complete the works.
