Dear Tenderer,

Ballinasloe Area Community Development Clg. invites you to tender for the Refurbishment and Conversion of the Bank Chambers Building, Society Street, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, H53 TH24, to a remote working hub (to be called the BEC Pulse Hub). The indicative programme for the Works on site is from the start of February to end of December 2023 (11 months duration).

The RFQ folder contains the following documents:

Volume B:           Form of Tender and Schedule

Contractors wishing to submit a tender are strongly advised to visit the site and should contact Mrs. Lyn Donnelly, Company Manager, Ballinasloe Area Community Development Clg. at Lyn@bacd.ie to arrange access.

The Form of Contract is the PW-CF5 Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works designed by the Employer and the successful tenderer is to be appointed as PSCS. Tenders are to be fixed price. The Employer does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenderers must submit the following completed documents with their tender:

  • Form of Tender and Schedule
  • Pricing Document
  • Technical Merit submission consisting of the Contractor’s Works Proposals for Methodology, Project Programme, and Project-Specific Supervison (refer to ITT Section 9.6).
